The Position

  • Acquire new projects at acceptable margin levels and manage them through to profitable completion
  • Lead client meetings, develop contracts, and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Oversee project engineering, material procurement, scheduling, billing, and cash flow management
  • Coordinate with the controls engineering team on design, configuration, and system customization
  • Plan and monitor commissioning and checkout before system release to the owner
  • Proactively identify project risks and pursue change orders for equitable contract adjustments

The Details

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years of experience, or associate degree with equivalent controls and construction experience
  • 5+ years in the construction industry with demonstrated ability to develop new business
  • Familiarity with ALC programming and operational experience
  • Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Monday through Friday, standard business hours
