Our client is one of the fastest-growing power distribution manufacturers in the country. They're sold out through next year and turning down projects because they don't yet have the team to execute them. You could be one of the people who changes that.

The Company
\n
This privately held, debt-free, electrical manufacturer has grown into a vertically integrated powerhouse gobbling up market share in the data center critical power sector. Their new 115,000 sqft Marietta facility assembles PDUs, RPPs, and STS units - with sister facilities handling sheet metal fabrication, in-house transformer manufacturing, and on-site testing and assembly. A nearby 250,000 sq ft facility was just acquired to support continued expansion.

The Role
\n
This role sits at the primary assembly facility in Marietta - filling the gap between customer requirements and production readiness. You'll own requirements capture, lead-time commitment, cross-functional coordination across sales, supply chain, engineering, production, and direct customer communication on delivery feasibility. The job requires someone who can tell a major customer that the date they want may not be possible and come back with solutions that work for both sides. The kind of judgment that only comes from real industry experience.

What You'll Own
\n

- Final say on what gets committed. No ship date goes to a customer without your validated supply-chain view behind it.
- Requirements capture and order acknowledgement.
- Cross-functional coordination across sales, engineering, supply chain, production, sister companies, and company leadership
- Direct customer communication on project status, timeline changes, and scope impacts
- Schedule development and critical path management across an active multi-project portfolio

What We're Looking For
\n
Must-Have:
\n
- \n
- 5+ years of project management experience in custom electrical equipment manufacturing
- Direct experience with one of the following: PDUs, Switchgear, STS, RPPs, or comparable - you understand the practical constraints of long-lead components, single source suppliers, what can be built, and how fast
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
