Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the sales and estimating teams to drive accurate project handoffs
· Meet with customers to discuss project needs, design criteria, and material selections. Provide accurate project delivery dates and manage client relationships and expectations.
· Communicate with the programming and fabrication teams to ensure accurate stone and solid surface cuts and edge profiles are produced according to the project specifications
· Schedule Template Technicians and installation of countertops at the job site. Coordinates with installation crews to ensure proper installation of countertops, including sink cutouts, backsplashes and other requirements.
· Inspect all aspects of the project to ensure company quality standards are met
· Utilize project management software to track project progress, deadlines, and budgets
· Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project, such as material discrepancies or installation discrepancies
· Drive success of installation processes from sales order to cash collection and warranty
· Coordinate with Office Manager on billings and payments with customers. Supports Office Manager on accounts receivable and communicates with customers to ensure prompt payment.
· Accurately track and price change orders for project portfolio
· Make recommendations to leadership regarding suggested procedural changes
· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and employees
· Ability to travel and stay overnight as required
· Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skills:
· High School diploma or Bachelor's degree (Bachelor’s degree )
· Familiarity with different types of granite, quartz, marble, and their properties
· Experience with measuring tools, reading contract drawings and specifications, template creation software, and basic CAD design
· Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
· Ability to operate and manage projects using project scheduling software
· Demonstrated ability to work with others in a professional and ethical manner
· Focus on following company policies and procedures
· Strong organizational skills
