Title: Project Manager
Shift: 1st Shift
Status: Exempt Salaried
Reports To: General Manager
Location: Tulsa, OK
Job Description:
This position provides project management support and customer service to key Generator OEM customers within the US and North America for Generator Enclosure products. This position will work closely with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing teams to manage customer projects from drawing submittal through project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Review contract requirements, terms and conditions, technical specifications, and project schedules for compliance.
- Problem solves customer’s needs as it relates to generator enclosures and their applications.
- Manage overall project schedule through the engineering and manufacturing process.
- Manage commercial project requirements from order entry to shipment to ensure project is completed at targeted financial goals.
- Actively participate in production meetings to identify barriers to project success.
- Act as primary liaison between Wedlake and customer to provide open communication through project completion.
- Provide project handoff documentation to Field Services at time of shipment through warranty period.
- Coordinate with customer logistics companies for pick up of Wedlake provided equipment and delivery of customer supplied items.
- Work with Finance team on Bill & Hold and invoicing.
- Provide operations team with updates on field service issues.
Requirements:

- Fluent in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Project organization, time management and ability to multi-task
- Experience in large construction projects is .
- Customer sales support role or project manager, preferably in the hyperscale or multi-tenant data center markets.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
