As a Project Manager, you’ll own projects end-to-end—including high-voltage substations, large-scale battery storage, and grid integration—overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and stakeholder coordination. Responsibilities:

• Single-site ownership: lead scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple projects.
• Manage EPC contractors delivering HV substations, BESS, and power integration systems.
• Supervise engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with utility, ISO, and client interconnection standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, regulators, and industrial/data center clients.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in utility-scale power operations (HV substations, storage, ).
• 5+ years leading 24/7 operations or control rooms.
• Hands-on experience with protection & controls, EMS/SCADA, plant controllers, PQ troubleshooting.
• Strong vendor/OEM management, contract enforcement, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field; PE .
