Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a data center project in Frankfurt from the feasibility phase through to design. The role involves coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring project delivery to the highest technical and safety standards.

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Contract Type: Freelance - 12 months

Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases – feasibility, concept design, detailed design, construction, and commissioning
• Manage project scope, schedule, and cost control
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients
• Oversee risk management, quality assurance, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety requirements
• Report regularly on progress and milestones

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in data center, MEP, or critical infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex technical projects
• Strong understanding of design, construction, and commissioning processes
• Fluent in German (spoken and written); English proficiency
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
