About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead complex, high-value projects in Los Angeles, CA. This role will oversee all aspects of electrical construction for projects exceeding $20 million, including hospitals, universities, data centers, and other large-scale commercial facilities. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a proven track record in large electrical projects, capable of driving teams, schedules, and budgets from preconstruction through project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
  • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, material procurement, and subcontractor management.
  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents for compliance with client, code, and safety standards.
  • Lead project meetings, coordinate with general contractors, owners, design teams, and vendors.
  • Monitor project budgets, prepare change orders, and provide detailed financial reporting.
  • Implement and enforce company safety policies, fostering a strong on-site safety culture.
  • Mentor and guide field teams, promoting efficiency, collaboration, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of electrical project management experience with large-scale projects ($20M+).
  • Proven experience on universities, hospitals, data centers, and commercial facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, building codes, project scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to relocate or commute daily to Los Angeles, CA.
