Project Manager for General Commercial Projects

Scott Humphrey has partnered with a several large and reputable general contractors to assist in finding a Project Manager for their headquarters in Houston. As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a team that oversees the construction of Retail and commercial projects preferrably like Retail Center, car washes, churches, museums, or other like Warehouse, Data Center, Distribution Center, Food & Beverages Facilities, Self Storage, Tilt Wall, Mission Critical and other Industrial Projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of perience, including leadership of ground-up projects ranging $1M - $15M
  • preferably doing Commercial, Community Center, Churches, Office, Multifamily and other.
  • Proficiency in project financial management, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor management
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Experience with industry software platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project or Primavera P6)
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
