Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects across various sectors including commercial, industrial, and educational facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.
  • Manage project resources effectively, including manpower and materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management principles.
  • Experience with commercial, data center, warehouse, industrial, and educational construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
