We’re seeking a Project Manager - Construction to join a leading General Contractor firm that has been transforming communities for over decades. This is a Full-Time position for its on-going commercial construction projects in Toledo, Ohio.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Interpret project documents and scope of work
  • Read and Review contract drawings and specifications
  • Ensure construction is as per the Authority’s policies, procedures and plan
  • Lead and manage timely completion of construction project
  • Handle RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Contractor’s Payment Requests, Schedules etc.
  • Attend and conduct kick-off, progress and safety meetings
  • Effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders
  • Ensure safety at construction project site
  • Manage and support project close-out activities including punch list, close-out documentation

 

Qualification & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 Years of experience managing commercial / Industrial construction projects.
  • MUST HAVE - Experience working on GC projects (like School, Colleges, Restaurants, Warehouse, Distribution Centers, Data Centers, Retail, Manufacturing etc.)
  • Associates / Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or relevant experience.
  • 10 / 30-hour OSHA construction safety training .

 

Salary:

Up to $140,000/year
