- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.

- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.

A successful Project Manager - Data Center should have:\n

- A strong background in construction project management, preferably in data center projects.
- A proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically data centers or similar facilities.
- Must be comfortable living permanently in the project locations for the duration of the project. The GC will compensate you to return home once per month on the weekends
- Limited career moves, tenure is very important to this GC.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
