Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution from preconstruction to close-out for mission-critical data center projects.
  • Monitor project scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring adherence to design and contract standards.
  • Manage field implementation of approved changes and risk mitigation plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols, actively promoting a culture of safety.
  • Lead coordination of construction logistics, procurement, and supply chain management, including Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed weekly and monthly project reports.
  • Participate in and facilitate project meetings to ensure smooth communication between teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards.

  • Requirements:
    • Experience managing mission-critical data center construction projects.
    • Strong background in construction management, site supervision, and contract execution.
    • Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Master Electrician, Plumber, or ASHRAE are a plus.
    • OSHA 30-hour Certification required.
    • Deep understanding of construction materials, methods, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
