Project Manager-Data Center Design

Job Description

IntePros is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Design & Construction to support large-scale infrastructure and data center development projects. This role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex construction initiatives, from design coordination through construction administration and project delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring strong experience managing cross-functional teams, coordinating internal and external design partners, and supporting the construction of highly technical facilities such as data centers or other large infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end design and construction lifecycle for large-scale infrastructure or data center projects
• Coordinate internal and external designers, engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee design development, construction administration, and project execution activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, construction teams, and leadership
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget
• Establish timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress
• Track project milestones and provide regular status reports to senior leadership
• Support strategic planning and decision-making related to project delivery and execution
• Utilize project management platforms to track project performance and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing projects within the design and construction lifecycle
• Strong project management experience supporting large or complex infrastructure projects
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder coordination
• Background in construction administration and design coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field ()
