Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager specializing in Data Centers to oversee complex projects in mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects related to data centers, with an emphasis on AWS environments and semiconductor facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to project management, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate project planning, execution, and monitoring for data center construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MEP engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Track and manage project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
  • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within data centers or mission-critical environments.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the industrial or semiconductor sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and data center operations.
  • Familiarity with MEP systems and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for project oversight and client meetings.
