Project Manager - Data Centres\n London\nPrestigious Global Construction & Property Consultancy\n  \n A leading global construction and property consultancy is expanding its Data Centre Project Management team in London and is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven background delivering UK data centre projects.\n This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value, technically complex data centre developments for some of the world's most recognised clients, within a consultancy renowned for excellence, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.\n The Role\n As a Project Manager within the Data Centre team, you will play a key role in delivering mission-critical facilities from early design through construction, commissioning, and handover. You will work closely with clients, designers, contractors, and specialist vendors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest technical standards.\n Key Responsibilities\n \nDeliver UK-based data centre projects across all stages of the project lifecycle \nManage programme, risk, quality, and governance on technically complex schemes \nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and specialist MEP suppliers \nSupport the delivery of high-density, mission-critical environments, including power, cooling, and resilience systems \nAct as a key client-facing representative, providing clear reporting and progress updates \nSupport commissioning, integration, and operational readiness activities \nEnsure compliance with UK regulations, industry standards, and best practice About You\n \nDegree qualified in a construction, engineering, or built environment discipline \nProven experience working on UK data centre projects (essential) \nStrong understanding of data centre delivery, including MEP systems, commissioning, and resilience strategies \nExperience working for a consultancy or client-side environment \nConfident managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams \nProactive, organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments Why Join?\n \nJoin a market-leading data centre consultancy team with a strong UK and global presence \nWork on high-value, cutting-edge data centre developments \nClear career progression within a prestigious professional services environment \nExposure to major hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre clients
