Martin Concrete Construction is seeking an experiencedProject Manager Mission Critical to lead concrete construction projects supporting data centers, power, and or waste/water treatment and other high-reliability facilities. This role is ideal for a construction professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and enjoys working on complex, schedule-driven projects.

What Youll Do

Youll be responsible for managing mission critical concrete projects from award through closeout, working closely with Superintendents, field operation teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing schedules, budgets, and project costs
  • Coordinating with Superintendents on sequencing, formwork, pours, and logistics
  • Tracking labor, productivity, and project performance
  • Leading client and project meetings
  • Managing change orders, contracts, and documentation
  • Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial concrete construction
  • Experience managing
    complex or fast-paced projects
  • Strong understanding of concrete means and methods
  • Experience with project schedules, budgets, and cost control
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • Experience on data centers or mission critical projects
  • Tilt-up or vertical concrete experience
  • Experience with MS, AutoCAD, or Tekla
