Opportunity:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for overhead and underground transmission line projects. In this role, you will own the bottom line for projects that may include high-voltage (HV) transmission lines, underground lines, substations, distribution systems, private networks, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). You will have the opportunity to:

Execute projects with meaningful impact across communities.

Manage a variety of projects in the electric grid space, including both innovative and established technologies.

Travel to project sites approximately 25% of the time.

The team focuses on advanced technology-driven projects within energy and industrial sectors, including advanced manufacturing, data centers, distributed infrastructure, and energy storage solutions. The group operates in a fast-paced, technology-led environment, providing opportunities to work on cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and uphold a strong safety culture on all projects.

Respond to RFPs and prepare proposals for services and EPC work.

Lead project teams through conceptual design and procurement phases, particularly for substation and transmission projects.

Manage project schedule, budget, and scope of services.

Interface effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients to ensure project success.

Operate effectively in both corporate office and field environments.
Management Responsibilities:

Serve as project manager, including oversight and leadership of project teams, which may vary in composition depending on the project.
Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant industry experience.

Experience managing overhead and/or underground transmission line projects.

Familiarity with multiple phases of project execution.

Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
-
Professional engineering license (PE, P.Eng, or equivalent).
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle records review.
