Project Manager – Data Center Construction
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing large-scale data center construction and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through turnover. Serves as the primary liaison between the client, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. Oversees project schedules, budgets, procurement, risk management, site activities, change orders, reporting, and stakeholder communications while supporting mission-critical environments with strict operational and performance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of data center construction and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, contractors, and trade partners.
- Track project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Lead meetings, project reporting, and executive-level communications.
- Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
