Job Summary
A leading organization in digital project delivery and advanced construction planning is seeking an Engineering Consultant - Planning to support schedule development, monitoring, and coordination on major Data Center projects for global contractors. This role focuses on sub-project delivery, schedule integration, and progress reporting across MEP construction scopes within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
The Ideal Candidate

You thrive in collaborative teams, support senior planners in managing project interfaces, and value precision and transparency. You’re proactive, curious, and eager to master advanced planning and reporting techniques within innovative digital delivery frameworks.
Experience & Skills Required
- 3-5 years of experience in construction or engineering planning, ideally within MEP or Data Center projects.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (or similar tools) with the ability to develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules aligned with construction sequences.
- Solid understanding of construction processes and methods - able to interpret drawings, understand build logic, and translate field activities into accurate schedules.
- Practical exposure to live construction environments, including engagement with site teams to validate progress, identify risks, and ensure programme accuracy.
- Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and structured schedule development frameworks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate progress data, forecast delays, and support decision-making through clear reporting.
- Experience with Power BI for communicating data insights is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - able to coordinate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and management to align planning with project goals.
- Proactive approach to learning and growth, with an interest in digital tools, data-driven project controls, and construction technology.
