We need a Project Safety Director to take full command of EH&S on a high-risk, $1B+ construction project - leading a team of 4-10 safety reps, sitting at the table with senior project leadership, and setting the safety standard for one of the region's most significant builds.

Your Command

✅ Own EH&S strategy and execution for the entire project site ✅ Lead and mentor a team of 4-10 safety representatives ✅ Direct and lead incident investigations from start to resolution ✅ Set the vision, goals, and continuous improvement strategy alongside senior leadership ✅ Build a best-in-class safety culture that becomes the project standard ✅ Manage safety budget, staffing, and resource allocation

What You Bring

✔ 13+ years of construction safety experience (Bachelor's in Safety or related field, or equivalent combo of education/training/experience) ✔ Proven management experience, you know how to delegate and direct a team ✔ Deep incident investigation expertise ✔ OSHA 30, current CPR/First Aid/AED ✔ CHST (or willing to obtain within 6 months) ✔ Comfortable with MS Office and EHS software platforms
