THE ROLE:
This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing professional in the Charlotte area who has a passion for commercial architecture. The company provides extensive training in HQ and in the field to set up its team for success.
Working from home or remote in the field, you will be responsible for managing a multi-million-dollar North Carolina and South Carolina territory. Selling to new and existing customers, your goal will be to specify architectural products into commercial projects. Key verticals they sell into include Healthcare/Hospitals, Education, Hospitality, Industrial, and Data Center projects.
The right person for this role will be comfortable building strong relationships across multiple stakeholders - primarily designers, architects, contractors, and end users/owners. There is minimal travel to visit customers and trade shows.
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of relevant territory sales, architecture project management, and/or client-facing experience
- Must have experience or exposure to the commercial project product specification process
- Passion for architecture/design
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client-facing work and networking
- Must live in the Charlotte NC area, able to travel to visit customers and trade shows
- College degree is required
