Role purpose
The Project Scheduler/Planner will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining integrated project programmes across AI data centre projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure accurate planning, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 (or equivalent)
- Coordinate planning across fibre installation, telecoms, M&E, and construction activities
- Track progress, analyse delays, and report on programme performance
- Support risk analysis, scenario planning, and mitigation strategies
- Provide clear programme reporting to project teams and stakeholders
Essential Experience
- Experience in project planning/scheduling within construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of M&E systems and/or telecoms/fibre installation sequencing
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 or equivalent planning tools
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary project programmes
- Willingness to travel across Europe
Desirable Experience
- Data centre or mission-critical environment experience
- Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and project controls
- Experience working in client-facing or consultancy roles
