About the Role
\n
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading General Contractor delivering some of the largest mission critical data center projects in North America.
\n
This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys being at the heart of project delivery. This role is far more than maintaining schedules, you will be a key member of the project leadership team, partnering with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, Owners, and Trade Partners to drive performance, identify risks, and keep complex projects on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Create baseline schedules from preconstruction through project completion.
- Work closely with project teams to monitor progress, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
- Lead schedule updates and planning meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.
- Analyse schedule performance, critical path activities, float, milestones, and resource impacts.
- Produce regular schedule reports and communicate project status to senior leadership and clients.
- Challenge schedule changes and proactively identify solutions to maintain project milestones.
- Support project teams with planning, sequencing, logistics, procurement, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure schedules accurately reflect site progress through regular site walks and collaboration with field teams.
- Drive accountability across all project stakeholders to ensure milestones are achieved.

Requirements
\n
- \n
- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler on ground-up data center construction projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Experience managing large, complex construction schedules throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
- Ability to analyse delays, schedule impacts, and recovery strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working directly with senior project leadership and owners.
- Willingness to work on-site Monday to Friday in Indiana.
- Experience working on hyperscale or mission critical projects.
- Knowledge of earned value management and project controls.
- Experience working for a General Contractor.
- Exposure to BIM, commissioning schedules, and integrated project delivery.
