Project Supervisor\n\n£40,000 - £50,000\n\nPeterborough\n\nConstruo Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established and rapidly growing construction business to recruit an Project Supervisor.\n\nBased in Peterborough, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected contractor delivering electrical solutions across major projects including data centres, universities, and healthcare facilities.\n\nYou will play a key role in coordinating both temporary and permanent electrical works across multiple live sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Attend project start-up meetings and review project specifications\n\n * Coordinate labour, materials, and resources across multiple sites\n\n * Produce and submit regular progress reports\n\n * Monitor project budgets and support purchasing activities\n\n * Track project performance and programme delivery\n\n * Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams\n\n * Ensure materials are ordered and delivered in line with project timelines\n\n * Attend site meetings where required\n\n * Assist with preparing and submitting quotations for new works\n\nRequirements\n\n * Previous experience in a Project Supervisor or Project Management role\n\n * Strong background within the electrical sector\n\n * Excellent organisational and time management skills\n\n * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment\n\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels\n\n * Experience supervising or coordinating site teams\n\n * High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability\n\n * Resilient and adaptable to shifting project demands\n\nDesirable\n\n * Knowledge of plumbing, particularly in relation to temporary works\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Company pension scheme\n\n * Employee Assistance Programme\n\n * Ongoing training and professional development\n\n * Supportive, collaborative working environment
