I am working with a high growth UK real estate investor and developer seeking a Property Asset Manager to join their London team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuine investor led environment early in your career, gaining exposure across both property and asset management within a dynamic and entrepreneurial platform.
The Portfolio
The business invests across multiple operational and development led sectors including
- Logistics
- Data centres
- PBSA
- Development sites across the UK
You will gain exposure to a broad and evolving portfolio rather than being confined to a single asset class.
The Role
This is a blended PM and AM position with real responsibility from day one. Key elements include
- Day to day management of development and income producing assets
- Tenant and stakeholder relationship management
- Budget oversight and income tracking
- Service charge and void cost management
- Oversight of third party managing agents where appointed
- Supporting rent reviews, renewals and lettings strategy
- Asset level reporting and performance analysis
- Supporting business planning and value enhancement initiatives
- Assisting with acquisitions, onboarding and disposals
This is not a traditional consultancy property management role. You will sit close to decision makers and gain direct exposure to investment thinking and asset strategy.
About You
- Real Estate graduate to newly qualified experience in Real Estate
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capability
- Confident communicator comfortable dealing with occupiers and consultants
- Ambitious and keen to build a long term career within an investor
