QA/QC Manager - Mechanical & Electrical (Data Centre)

Location: Seinäjoki, Finland (On-site)\n\nApplicants interested in exploring this opportunity are encouraged to apply.\n\nWe are currently seeking experienced QA/QC Managers for a major Data Centre project.\n\nMust have Data Centre Project Experience\n\nPlease note: We are hiring for two separate positions:\n\n * QA/QC Mechanical Manager\n\n * QA/QC Electrical Manager\n\nOur client is currently unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Develop and implement QA/QC strategies, inspection plans, and quality procedures.\n\n * Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.\n\n * Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and industry standards.\n\n * Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and commissioning teams.\n\n * Support Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).\n\n * Track and close non-conformances (NCRs) and quality issues.\n\n * Ensure accurate handover documentation, including O&M manuals and as-built records.\n\n * Support client inspections, witness testing, and final acceptance processes.\n\nMechanical QA/QC Experience Required\n\n * HVAC (CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, cooling towers)\n\n * Cooling distribution systems (CHW/CDW pipework)\n\n * Fuel systems\n\n * Fire suppression systems\n\n * Building Management System (BMS) interfaces\n\nElectrical QA/QC Experience Required\n\nPower distribution (MV/LV)\n\nUPS systems\n\nGenerators\n\nSwitchgear and transformers\n\nCabling and containment\n\nRequirements\n\n * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\n\n * 8+ years of QA/QC, Project Engineering, or Construction Delivery experience.\n\n * Proven experience on Data Centre or Mission-Critical projects.\n\n * Strong experience with Testing & Commissioning (T&C).\n\n * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.\n\n * Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE, IEC, and ISO.\n\n * Strong communication, coordination, and document control skills.\n\nPreferred\n\nHyperscale Data Centre experience.\n\nKnowledge of Commissioning Levels 1–5 and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).\n\nExperience working within ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.\n\nFamiliarity with BIM coordination, Digital QA/QC tools, and snagging platforms
