What You’ll Do:

  • Perform detailed inspections on custom machined parts
  • Verify dimensions and tolerances using micrometers, calipers, and precision tools
  • Interpret mechanical blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Document inspection results and flag non-conforming parts
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to resolve quality issues
  • Support production by ensuring only quality-approved parts are released

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of quality inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Strong background inspecting machined components
  • Proficient with precision measuring instruments
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints
  • Experience working in a custom job shop environment
  • High school diploma or GED (trade or associate degree a plus)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-mix production setting
  • Open to contract-to-hire and overtime
