We’re looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join a rapidly growing team delivering hyperscale data centre projects across the Nordics. You will play a key role in the delivery of major data centre construction projects in Finland and Norway.\n\n The successful candidate will be based either 100% in-country, or there will be significant international travel to Finland or Norway (11/3 rotation).\n \n In return they are offering: \n\nA competitive salary\nCar Allowance\nHealthcare\nLife Assurance\nIncome Protection\n27 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays\nFlights/accommodation/expenses\n Planning and Preparation\nLead Quality Management for the project, acting as the interface between the Client and Contractor Quality teams\nManage the project Quality team to ensure delivery aligns with client expectations\nDirect on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner\nPrepare, develop, and deliver the overall Quality Management Plan in compliance with owner specifications\nCommunicate all quality specifications to service providers, equipment manufacturers and integrators, specialty package contractors, and the Commissioning Agent\nEstablish project-specific requirements relating to Factory Witness Testing and manage the planning and execution of off-site quality activities\n Execution\nEnsure all stakeholders are trained and aware of quality processes and monitor compliance throughout the project lifecycle\nMonitor and confirm that contractor Quality Control plans are in place, effective, and compliant with project contract requirements\nDirect on-site resources and ensure quality events and benchmarks are organised and results recorded in a timely manner\nManage all construction documentation and test packs through the client-provided EDM system\nEnsure the project meets all required specifications prior to handover to the commissioning team\nManage trade-to-trade handovers in line with the project IMS\n Quality Culture\nPromote a strong culture of quality across the project\nDeliver quality-focused inductions and training for all operatives, including off-site project team members and integrator contractors\nYou will bring:\n\nExtensive experience in a Quality Manager role on major construction projects\nExperience working on data centre or technology projects is but not essential\nExperience working within consultancy, general contractor, or client-side environments\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nAbility to work within fast-paced, large-scale construction environments\nWillingness to commit to international travel and rotational working arrangements\n\nV7 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the grounds of , , , reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, or maternity, , or belief, , or .
