Job DescriptionOne seriously exciting Quality Manager role!  Our client, a top-tier Main Contractor, has hit the Data Centre market hard over the last 3-4 years.  On the back of another 2 x high profile project wins over the last few months, we have been asked to supply an experienced Quality Manager to head up the QA on London-centric Data Centre projects.\n

\n This is a CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) build environment — MEP is delivered by a separate contractor — so the role is focused squarely on CSA quality from groundworks and structure through to envelope and handover.\n
\n
Quality Manager roles & responsibilities:\n
\n

\n
• Owning the Quality Assurance and Quality Control function for CSA packages on large-scale, live hyperscale data centre schemes

\n

• Developing, implementing and maintaining project quality plans, inspection and test plans, and ISO 9001 systems

\n

• Leading audits, snagging and NCR close-out, and ensuring documentation is complete and compliant for handover

\n

• Working closely with the project team through to practical completion

\n

Quality Manager experience required:\n
\n

\n
• Previous Data Centre build project experience is essential — this is non-negotiable

\n

• Critically, this needs to be recent, CSA-focused quality experience — candidates whose most recent or primary track record is MEP-side quality (rather than CSA) won't be the right fit for this one

\n

• Open to someone stepping up into a Lead-level role for the right candidate, provided the Data Centre CSA experience is there

\n

• Main contractor background, ideally with lead auditor / ISO 9001 credentials

\n

• Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable as a client-facing point of contact on quality matters

\n

Quality Manager salary & package\n
\n

\n
• £80,000 – £90,000 + package
