CSA Quantity Surveyor

Slough, UK - 5 days a week on site

Circa £60,000

A leading international contractor delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects is seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor to join a live data centre project in Slough.

This role will suit someone with a strong site presence, comfortable working closely with delivery teams on a fast-paced project.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Commercial Manager with day-to-day commercial activities
• Prepare and manage re-measures and variations
• Produce valuations, cost reports, and budget updates
• Manage subcontractor packages, payments, and accounts
• Liaise with site teams, procurement, and finance departments
• Assist with monthly reporting and accruals

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Background in large-scale industrial or construction projects
• Experience delivering fit-out packages
• Strong understanding of re-measurement and commercial processes
• Comfortable working on-site full-time
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
• Right to work in the UK
