Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Hyperscale Data Centres | Frankfurt, Germany

Salary: €100,000 – €110,000 + Travel & Living Allowances

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Start: ASAP | Permanent Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join a leading international construction consultancy delivering large-scale mission-critical projects. You’ll play a key role on a hyperscale data centre development based in Frankfurt, working as part of a high-performing commercial team on one of Europe’s most exciting builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full commercial management of data centre packages from pre-construction through to final accounts
• Cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering
• Managing subcontractor procurement and tendering processes
• Conducting valuations, variations, and progress reports
• Liaising with on-site teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
• Monitoring cost performance, contract compliance, and risk management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in large-scale construction
• Previous experience on data centres, high-tech facilities, or complex MEP-heavy projects highly desirable
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts (NEC/FIDIC/JCT etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Willingness to be based in Frankfurt or operate on a rotational basis
• Must have EU passport or existing right to work in Germany
