Quantity Surveyor - Data Centre's - London\n\nSSA are currently working with a leading mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation contractor, delivering complex engineering projects across Europe. Due to expansion in London, we’re currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor.\nAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs, contracts, and financial performance throughout the lifecycle of a major data centre project.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for data centre projects\n\n * Administer contracts (NEC/JCT) and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements\n\n * Monitor project progress and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders\n\n * Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\n * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or M&E contracting\n\n * Strong knowledge of data centre or mission-critical projects ()\n\n * Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
