Quantity Surveyor – Buckinghamshire – Data Centre\n\nWe are currently partnering with a leading Contractor who are active across the UK and Europe. Demonstrating success in an array of sectors including but not limited to, Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Energy and many more. Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Buckinghamshire.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCommercial Management of Work Packages\n\nTake full commercial responsibility for allocated construction packages, ensuring effective cost control from procurement through to final account.\n\nContract Administration\n\nAdminister subcontract agreements in line with contractual requirements, managing valuations, variations, payment notices, and commercial correspondence.\n\nCost Reporting & Forecasting\n\nPrepare and present accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cashflows, highlighting risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies.\n\nChange & Claims Management\n\nManage variations, compensation events, and potential claims, ensuring timely agreement and protection of the project’s commercial position.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\n\nWork closely with project management, engineering, and site teams to ensure commercial decisions support programme, quality, and data centre delivery objectives.\n\nRequirements\n\nMust have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background\n\nMust have 5+ years experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)\n\nMust be based within a commutable distance of Buckinghamshire\n\nBenefits\n\n£80,000 - £100,000 + Package
