Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

A London based Cost Consultancy, looking to grow, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor eager to take on greater responsibility and ascend to a senior level in the coming years.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

\n

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of circa 30 and shall work closely with an Associate and Director in delivering multiple projects, primarily within the healthcare sector.

\n

Outside of the healthcare sector, the successful Quantity Surveyor will also be working leisure, data centre, and office fit out schemes - providing pre and post contract support.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
  • \n

  • Minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
  • \n

  • Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
  • \n

  • Good pre and post contract knowledge
  • \n

  • Any healthcare project experience would be a plus
  • \n

  • Team focused, confident, professional
  • \n
