This dynamic business takes pride in its professional yet family-like culture, offering flexible hybrid working and a unique profit-share bonus scheme open to all employees.\n\nThe Role:\nAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for façade and envelope packages, managing projects from early design stages through to final account. You'll work closely with pre-construction and operational teams, ensuring seamless delivery on NEC contracts across high-profile London-based schemes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage full QS duties on cladding, metalwork, and roofing packages (up to £10m)\n\n * \n\n Work closely with design, operations, and site teams from pre-construction to completion\n\n * \n\n Administer NEC contracts – assessment of CE’s, compensation events, programme impact, etc.\n\n * \n\n Manage cost control, valuations, variations, and final accounts\n\n * \n\n Prepare procurement schedules and tender documentation\n\n * \n\n Liaise with Tier 1 clients and stakeholders to ensure commercial alignment\n\n * \n\n Provide regular reporting on project performance and risks\n\n * \n\n Contribute to a positive team culture while working independently where required\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor\n\n * \n\n Proven background in façades, cladding, roofing or building envelope packages\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NEC contracts (essential)\n\n * \n\n Commercially astute with excellent communication and negotiation skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments\n\n * \n\n Experience with Tier 1 Main Contractor interfaces is highly desirable\n\nWhat’s On Offer:\n\n * \n\n £65,000 – £75,000 salary (dependent on experience)\n\n * \n\n Hybrid working flexibility (office/project/site + WFH)\n\n * \n\n Profit share bonus scheme – unique and inclusive\n\n * \n\n Professional development within a growing, high-performing team\n\n * \n\n Stable pipeline of major London projects across various sectors\n\nReady to Elevate Your Career?\nIf you're a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor with a passion for façades and want to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking company, apply now or get in touch for a confidential conversation
