Quantity Surveyors (AQS – QS level) – £25k–£55k | Hertfordshire and Europe | Main Contractor | Permanent\n\nData Centres | Structural RC Frames\n\nNot your standard commercial roles these ones.\n\nThis is big, technical work - data centres and heavy RC frame packages. Fast-moving, complex projects where you’re either heavily involved… or you’re in the way.\n\nThis contractor is hiring across two levels:\n\nAssistant QS (£25k–£35k)\nFor someone early in their career who wants proper exposure from day one. Not stuck behind a desk - out on site, learning on live jobs, getting up to speed quickly.\n\nQuantity Surveyor (£45k–£55k)\nFor someone who can run with it.

Managing packages, working with delivery teams, handling the commercials without needing their hand held.\n\nProjects are UK + Europe (currently Scotland and Amsterdam), so travel is part of the role.\n\nWhat matters across both levels:\n\n– Comfortable working on site and close to delivery\n– Able to handle fast-paced, technically demanding projects\n– Willing to travel when needed\n\nEU passport is a big advantage due to the nature of the European work.\n\nApply now or contact Ricki to find out more
