Full-Time- Onsite

Client is seeking an associate to join our nationally recognized Real Estate practice group in our Kansas City office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 6 years of broad and sophisticated transactional real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey review, and development work. Joint venture and financing experience are . Candidates with data center development experience are a plus.

Education

• JD and Missouri Bar Admission (ability to waive into the Missouri bar via UBE).
• Strong academic GPA (must be above 3.0 at least)

Salary Range: $240k to $435k (Based on experience)
