Associate Consultant & Consultant (UK & European Construction)\n\nLocation: Watford, Hertfordshire\n\nSalary Package:\n\n * Basic Salary - Associate Consultant: £25,000 - £28,000\n\n * Basic Salary - Consultant: £30,000 - £35,000\n\n * Commission: Uncapped and up to 30% commission on total billings above first £5,000\n\n * Performance Bonus: 5% of Quarterly Billings\n\nNadson Consulting Limited are a specialist search agency operating across the UK & European Built Environment\n\nWe partner with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Developers, and Consultancies to identify and secure high calibre professionals across a range of sectors including Residential, Data Centres, Life Sciences, Commercial, Healthcare, Education, MEP and more!\n\nDue to a highly successful first year and as we continue to grow; we are now looking to hire both an Associate Consultant and a Consultant to join the team.\n\nThe Roles:\n\nAssociate Consultant (Circa 0 – 2 Years of experience)\n\nThis role is ideal for somebody looking to develop a career in recruitment.\n\nYou will work closely with one of our Directors in which you will be identifying talent, building relationships and delivering assignments.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n * Learning & Development (depending on applicants level)\n\n * Candidate sourcing and headhunting\n\n * Market mapping and research\n\n * Managing recruitment processes\n\n * Supporting Director on key assignments\n\n * Building your own market knowledge and network\n\nThis role offers a clear route into a full 360 Consultant position.\n\nConsultant (Circa 2 – 5 Years of experience)\n\nThis role is suited to recruiters who already have experience managing recruitment processes and developing client relationships.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n * Business development and client management\n\n * Headhunting and candidate engagement\n\n * Managing permanent and freelance recruitment processes\n\n * Building and growing your own specialist market\n\n * Delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates\n\nWhat we are looking for\n\n * Ambitious and motivated individuals\n\n * Strong communication and relationship building skills\n\n * Competitive mindset\n\n * Professional and driven attitude\n\nFor Associate Consultant positions, previous recruitment experience is desired but not essential.\n\nFor Recruitment Consultant positions, previous recruitment experience is essential\n\nWhat we offer\n\n * Salary package listed above\n\n * Business gym membership – external gym in Watford City Centre.\n\n * Extended lunch breaks to support fitness and wellbeing\n\n * Flexible working\n\n * 25 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown\n\n * Clear career progression to leadership positions\n\n * Opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a modern recruitment business
