Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to lead recruitment delivery for data centre and technology roles, working on experienced accounts in Mainland Europe. This is a hands-on role requiring proven experience in contract and permanent recruitment, delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for specific requirements.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates across contract and permanent roles.
• Ensure all candidates undergo a positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Proven recruitment delivery experience (contract and/or permanent).
• Experience in making international placements desirable.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable.
