We have been established for 10 years and are currently experiencing strong growth and additional investment to support our ambitious plans to continue this trajectory.
We operate out of two UK offices in Richmond-Upon-Thames and Bromley, as well as Dubai. Our specialisms include recruiting for large scale projects across Commercial and Retail Construction, Large Infrastructure Projects, Data Centres, Public Sector Buildings and Renewable Energy.
Overview of the role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Resourcer to join our team. You will play a key role in assisting with the sourcing strategy, building long-term candidate pipelines, and supporting high-profile recruitment campaigns. You will also work closely with senior stakeholders to define hiring needs and attract top-tier talent to meet our Client’s dynamic project demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract Construction and Engineering professionals through direct sourcing, headhunting, networking and innovative resourcing methods
- Develop and maintain a robust network and talent pool of passive and active candidates across key skill sets, ensuring immediate access to top talent when required
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand their immediate role requirements
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our Clients and their hiring needs
- Help to improve internal processes and tools, ensuring efficiency and alignment with company goals
- Track and analyse key metrics, such as time-to-fill and quality of hire, and present regular reports to senior management
- Attend events and conferences to help build your professional network
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or resourcing roles, ideally within a Construction or Engineering recruitment agency
Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise in recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities

- A keen learner and naturally inquisitive
- Passion for the Construction and Engineering sector
- Eager to keep abreast of Recruitment market trends
- Able to work independently and take initiative when required.
Work Schedule:
- Full Time
- 5 days a week in Richmond or Bromley
