Position Description: Regional Field Services Manager
Reporting to the Vice President of Field Services, the Regional Service Manager is responsible for overseeing field service operations across a defined geographic region. This role is focused on safety and ensures timely, high-quality service delivery, manages technician performance, and drives customer satisfaction through operational excellence and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of all employees and drives compliance with all safety and other company policies
- Lead and manage field service teams across multiple customer sites within the assigned region.
- Ensure service delivery meets company standards for safety, quality, and responsiveness.
- Monitor technician performance, conduct ride-alongs, and provide coaching and development.
- Coordinate with scheduling, logistics, and engineering to optimize resource allocation.
- Resolve customer issues and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
- Track and report regional KPIs including response time, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new field service personnel.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company safety protocols.
Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in field service management, preferably in electrical or industrial systems.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proven ability to manage remote teams and multi-site operations.
- Familiarity with service management software and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Salary Description:
$115,000 to $160,000 per year
