Travel: Minimum 50% regional travel (KY, AR, VA, MD)

Base Compensation Range: $140K - $150K

About the Role

The Regional Human Resources Manager leads and develops site-based HR Managers across assigned facilities. This role is responsible for strong HR execution, leadership capability at the site level, and consistent people practices across locations.

This position partners closely with the Director of HR and centralized HR functions to reinforce leadership expectations, support leader development, and ensure effective implementation of training initiatives. The Regional HR Manager does not own policy, compliance, or enterprise program design, but plays a critical role in driving adoption, consistency, and effectiveness in the field.

What You’ll Do

Regional HR Leadership
• Directly manage and develop site HR Managers across assigned locations.
• Establish clear expectations for HR execution, responsiveness, and quality.
• Coach HR Managers on prioritization, judgment, training, and leadership effectiveness.
• Ensure consistency and proactive management of people practices across facilities.

Leader Training and Development
• Support the execution and reinforcement of leadership training programs across sites.
• Partner with HR Managers to ensure leaders complete required training and apply learning on the floor.
• Coach leaders on core people leadership skills including communication, accountability, feedback, and team development.
• Identify development gaps and partner with HR leadership and centralized training teams on solutions.
• Reinforce leadership standards and behaviors through ongoing site presence and follow-up.

Field Execution and Alignment
• Translate HR priorities into practical, site-level execution.
• Ensure HR Managers are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
• Monitor adoption of HR programs and escalate barriers or gaps as needed.

Escalation and Partnership Model
• Serve as the first escalation point for site HR Managers prior to involvement from centralized ER or Compliance.
• Reinforce approved guidance and outcomes consistently across locations.

Operational Rhythm and Visibility
• Maintain regular cadence with site HR Managers through site visits, check-ins, and regional updates.
• Identify trends in hiring, turnover, leadership effectiveness, engagement, and execution gaps.
• Provide insight and recommendations to the Director of HR based on field observations.
Travel and Site Presence
• Maintain consistent on-site visibility to support HR Managers and leadership teams.
• Travel a minimum of 50 percent based on business needs.

Additional Expectation

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field .
• 5 plus years of progressive HR experience, including people leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading HR Managers or HR Business Partners in multi-site environments.
• Strong background supporting leader capability in operational settings.
• Ability to reinforce training and development programs and execution of training programs.
• Strong judgment, communication, and coaching skills.
• Comfortable operating independently while remaining tightly aligned with HR leadership.
• Willingness to travel at least 50 percent.

• Base salary with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus
