Our client is seeking an experienced "
Sales Manager"
to drive the sales of the network communication products
(e.g., routers, switches, 5G FWA, PON solutions)
. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales within the telecom/IT industry, strong client relationships, and the ability to develop strategic sales plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for network communication products.
- Identify and engage potential clients (enterprises, ISPs, telecom operators, etc.).
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT directors, procurement teams).
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends
(e.g., 5G, cloud networking, IoT)
and competitor offerings. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand networks.
- Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in
network communication products
(e.g., hardware, software, or services). - Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas in B2B environments.
- Experience selling to telecom carriers, data centers, or enterprises is a plus.
- Sales experience and resources in
European countries (e.g., Germany)
are much - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Technical aptitude (understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, etc.).
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
