Key Responsibilities\n

  • Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and treatment in designated mental health observation units, adapting treatment strategies to diverse needs.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to best practices for record-keeping and confidentiality.

  • Participate in clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor weekly, further enhancing your clinical skills and providing support to your professional growth.

  • Engage in treatment planning discussions and case conferences to optimize care for our patients.

  • Participate in mental health and medical rounds, contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered approach.
