Key Responsibilities\n

- Compile and complete statistical reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage with the Department of Corrections to secure access to mental health services for incarcerated individuals needing support.
- Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and treatment in designated mental health observation units, adapting treatment strategies to diverse needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to best practices for record-keeping and confidentiality.
- Participate in clinical supervision with a Clinical Supervisor weekly, further enhancing your clinical skills and providing support to your professional growth.
- Engage in treatment planning discussions and case conferences to optimize care for our patients.
- Participate in mental health and medical rounds, contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered approach.
- May supervise interns or volunteer students and conduct psychological testing as assigned.
