Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify each patient's unique needs and concerns.

  • Work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and incorporating culturally sensitive elements into the therapeutic process.

  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in a variety of settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.

  • Provide crisis intervention services, enabling immediate support for patients facing acute distress, and ensure seamless coordination with other healthcare providers for ongoing care.

  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, while adhering to our clinic's policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
