Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify each patient's unique needs and concerns.
- Work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, setting specific goals and incorporating culturally sensitive elements into the therapeutic process.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in a variety of settings, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Provide crisis intervention services, enabling immediate support for patients facing acute distress, and ensure seamless coordination with other healthcare providers for ongoing care.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, while adhering to our clinic's policies and compliance standards.
- Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with the tools needed to effectively manage mental health conditions.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to create a multi-faceted approach to comprehensive patient care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's health are addressed.
- Conduct routine outcome assessments to gauge the effectiveness of treatment and make necessary adjustments, tailored to each patient’s evolving needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
