Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gauge students' mental health, strengths, and individual needs. You will meet with students to evaluate their emotional and behavioral challenges through structured interviews and behavioral observations.
- Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored specifically to meet the needs of students within a school environment.
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, school counselors, teachers, and other clinicians to develop and ensure coordinated care plans, thereby improving overall student outcomes.
- Educate and empower students and their families by providing information regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and intervention strategies, thereby fostering a better understanding of the mental health landscape.
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic approaches to address the specific needs of students, including social skills training and crisis interventions.
- Work collaboratively with the treatment team to formulate and revise individualized treatment plans, ensuring alignment with students' goals and preferences while adhering to best practices in social work.
- Actively assist students in navigating the complexities of the mental health system, advocating for their rights and needs at school and in the broader community.
- Design and lead therapeutic groups, as well as psychoeducational workshops on relevant topics such as anxiety management, peer relationships, and coping strategies.

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
