Key Responsibilities\n

- Engage as an active member of a multi-disciplinary team, working collaboratively to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s needs.
- Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, assessing changes in their circumstances, and adapting treatment strategies accordingly to facilitate sustained improvement.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address clients’ unique challenges.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and identify key issues while facilitating ongoing assessments to track progress throughout their treatment journey.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and ensure follow-up care is in place, allowing clients to journey through recovery and growth in structured phases.

Qualifications\n

- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required for this position.
- A current and active LMFT license in California is mandatory, and candidates should have no suspensions or probation on their license.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a therapist, preferably in an outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for creating a trusting and calming therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your experience and commitment to client care.
