Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Everyone's Counseling Center, you will be responsible for a wide range of therapeutic services:

- Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions, creating treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Facilitate family sessions to address conflicts, communication issues, and provide support for blended families.
- Specialize in dealing with a diverse array of challenges, including:
- Alcohol abuse and dependency
- Physical and psychological abuse
- Grief and loss
- Family conflicts and sibling disputes
- Job-related stress
- Adjustment disorders related to separation or divorce
- Communication and interpersonal difficulties
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies and demonstrate clinical excellence with each patient.
- Document sessions thoroughly in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives offered by the organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
