Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough preliminary interviews to assess clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral health, and maintain comprehensive documentation from initial consultation through treatment conclusion.
- Develop individualized and group intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that encourage participation and emotional expression.
- Consistently monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimum recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to devise coordinated care plans that address complex patient needs.
- Guide family members and caregivers in managing mental health challenges to support client recovery.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
- A passing score on the Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
