Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs and concerns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.
- Provide engaging individual therapy sessions, applying techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies.
- Regularly establish therapeutic goals in consultation with clients and monitor progress over the course of treatment through structured follow-ups and feedback sessions.
- Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations or those facing barriers to in-person visits, thereby ensuring continuous support and accessibility.
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of each session, adhering to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational protocols.

Qualifications\n

- Must possess a valid and current license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients.
- Exhibit a high level of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' personal experiences.
